Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of maximizerentalincome.com (the “Site”), operated by Maximize Rental Income (“MRI,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting any form, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What MRI is — and is not

MRI is a lead-generation, market-data, and educational platform for rental property investors. MRI is not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, real estate broker, or financial, legal, or tax advisor. We do not take loan applications, make credit decisions, issue approvals or commitments, negotiate loan terms, or originate loans. When you request a quote or lender match, we refer your information to independent, state-licensed loan officers and lending partners (“Lender Partners”) who are solely responsible for any licensed activity, loan products, terms, disclosures, and compliance. Lender Partners may compensate MRI for referrals; this compensation does not affect the rates or terms you are offered by a Lender Partner.

2. Illustrative rates, data, and calculator outputs

All interest rates, spreads, payments, DSCR figures, revenue projections, market scores, leaderboards, and similar figures displayed on the Site are illustrative and informational only. They are not offers to lend, rate quotes, commitments, or advertisements of specific credit terms, and actual terms available to you will differ based on your credit profile, property, market conditions, and Lender Partner guidelines. Market data may be delayed, estimated, or revised. Calculator outputs are estimates for educational purposes and must not be relied upon as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always verify material figures independently and consult qualified professionals before transacting.

3. Communications consent (TCPA)

By submitting any form on the Site that includes your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including via automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded, artificial-voice, or AI-assisted messages — from MRI and the Lender Partner(s) to whom your request is routed, at the number provided, even if it appears on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply. 4. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party information in any form without authorization;
  • Scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or republish Site data, leaderboards, or content without our prior written consent;
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including in violation of lending, advertising, or privacy laws.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, calculators, scoring methodologies, and data presentations — are owned by MRI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial evaluation of your own investments. Brief quotations with attribution and a link to the Site are welcome.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site references and links to third parties, including Lender Partners, data sources, and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any Lender Partner — including any loan application, disclosure, or agreement — are solely between you and that party.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, DATA, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REAL ESTATE INVESTING INVOLVES RISK, INCLUDING LOSS OF PRINCIPAL; PAST PERFORMANCE OF ANY MARKET OR STRATEGY DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY CALCULATOR OUTPUT OR MARKET DATA, OR ANY INTRODUCTION TO A LENDER PARTNER. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRI from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit.

10. Dispute resolution; governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive the right to participate in any class action, except where prohibited by law. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

11. Changes; termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
