Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Maximize Rental Income (“MRI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of maximizerentalincome.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and shares information about you. MRI is a lead-generation and market-data platform. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor. When you request a quote or lender match, we share your information with independent, state-licensed loan officers and lending partners as described below.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, state, property and loan scenario details (e.g., property type, purchase price, estimated rent, credit-range self-assessment), calculator inputs you choose to save or submit, and email subscription preferences.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our tools, collected via cookies and similar technologies and standard server logs.
  • Information from partners: lender partners may report deal status back to us (e.g., contacted, application started, closed) so we can operate our referral program.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, Social Security numbers, full credit reports, or bank credentials through this Site.

2. How we use information

  • To match your scenario with loan officers and lending partners and facilitate introductions you request;
  • To operate calculators, deliver requested reports, and provide the weekly digest and alerts you subscribe to;
  • To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our tools;
  • To communicate with you about your requests, including by phone, text, and email consistent with the consent you provide;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share information

  • Lender partners (the core of our service): when you submit a quote request or lender-match form, we share your contact information and scenario details with one or more independent, state-licensed loan officers or lending partners selected for your state, product, and deal profile. These partners may compensate MRI for referrals. Once shared, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and they may contact you directly.
  • Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, and email-delivery vendors (e.g., our hosting and backend infrastructure providers) acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MRI, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell email-subscriber lists, and we do not share your information with lender partners unless you submit a form requesting a quote or match.

4. Communications consent (TCPA)

By submitting a form containing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including via automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-assisted outreach — from MRI and the lender partner(s) your request is routed to, at the number you provide, even if that number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can revoke consent at any time by emailing us at privacy@maximizerentalincome.com or telling the contacting party directly.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, remembering calculator preferences, and aggregate analytics that help us understand which tools and content are useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

6. Your privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA and state laws)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and (e) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we provide your information to lender partners who compensate us for referrals, that disclosure may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA — you may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@maximizerentalincome.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out, which we honor regardless of state where practicable. We will verify requests using the contact information on file and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days).

7. Data retention and security

We retain lead and subscriber records for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and audit obligations, and resolve disputes — typically no longer than 5 years after last activity, unless law requires otherwise. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-restricted database access, and access-controlled administrative tooling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
