Are leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead is routed to exactly one loan officer. We never sell the same lead twice or blast it to a panel.

What does a lead cost?

Nothing upfront. There are no monthly fees and no per-lead charges. We operate on a rev-share per funded deal, agreed in your panel agreement.

How are leads distributed?

Weighted round-robin: active LOs licensed in the lead's state and offering the matching product are ranked by assigned-leads-to-weight ratio this month. Strong conversion earns a higher weight — and more volume.

What's the expected SLA?

First contact attempt within 4 business hours, status update in our tracker within 48 hours. Leads go stale fast — speed-to-lead is the whole game.

Can I pause when I'm at capacity?

Yes. Your monthly capacity caps routing automatically, and you can ask to be paused any time — routing resumes when you're ready.

What loan types do leads want?
